Booking & Payments
How do I book an appointment online?
Simply select your preferred massage session, choose an available practitioner, and pick a date and time that works for you. Follow the prompts to complete your reservation.
Can I reserve by phone?
Yes! You can reserve your appointment by calling us at (382) 889-0873, subject to availability.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment? Is there a limit on cancellations or missed appointments?
Of course. We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can make the appointment available to another guest.
We kindly ask guests to respect their reserved appointment times. Guests with 3 or more recorded late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to booking restrictions, including the possibility of declining future reservations.
Do I need to prepay for my appointment?
No, prepayment is not required. Reserving online simply secures your appointment time. Payment is collected in person upon arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.
Our Massage Services
What is the difference between relaxation massage and registered massage therapy (RMT)?
Our relaxation massage services focus on comfort, relaxation, and general well-being. They are provided by relaxation practitioners and are not considered registered massage therapy.
RMT services, by contrast, are provided by registered massage therapists regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
What session lengths are available?
We offer three appointment durations: Express Relaxation (30 minutes), Essential Relaxation (45 minutes) and Extended Relaxation (60 minutes).
You can select the duration that best suits your schedule and preferences.
Can I request a specific focus area or massage technique?
Yes. You're welcome to share your preferences with your practitioner before your session. Requests can be accommodated where they fall within the scope of the selected service, the appointment duration and the practitioner's training.
Can I choose a specific practitioner?
Yes. You can select your preferred practitioner when making a reservation, subject to availability.
Your Visit & Policies
Do I need to prepare for my appointment?
No special preparation is necessary. We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in, wearing comfortable clothing, and letting your practitioner know about any preferences or concerns before your session.
Are there any health conditions I should inform you about?
Yes. Please let us know about any injuries, recent surgeries, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or other health concerns that could affect your comfort during a massage. Our practitioners may recommend modifying or postponing a session when appropriate.
What can I expect during my massage session?
Your practitioner will begin by discussing your preferences, including pressure and any areas you'd like them to focus on. The session will then be tailored to your selected service, with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We respect your privacy and collect only the information necessary to manage appointments, communicate with you, and provide our services. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
